Be warned, I have twice taken items for posting and asked for proof of postage but the counter clerk has only given me a receipt for the stamp which would be useless in event of a claim as it needs to have some reference to the address. Very dishonest staff. I asked to post something Parcelforce 48. Sent the same item the day before for £9.90. Women said it was £13.90. I questioned it and she said it was the only option. Once I had the receipt she had sent it guaranteed am next day delivery. Every time I use this post office, they charge for the most... read full comment
