There is not an option to leave no stars so I have reluctantly had to leave one. The service at the Havant branch of screwfix today was absolutely atrocious regarding my wife, which sadly included the manager, a simple request to cut a piece of plastic waste pipe in half turned into an absolute fiasco and a total outbreak... read full comment

Purchased a washing machine hose today. Very helpful manager and staff. My item was distributed very quickly and efficiently. There is a screen to type in orders for quick drop off. Highly recommended thanks
