I have been using Nationwide and their branches for more years than I can remember, and 99% of the time, had great service. The HAVANT branch, however, is EXCEPTIONAL!!! Their counter staff are always friendly, patient, positive and professional and go out of their way to help you - indeed they maximise that old expression...

This branch gave me EXCELLENT service when I was having difficulty registering for online banking. The young manager especially gave of his time to walk me through the process in his office! I now know exactly how things work ... many thanks from a grateful 73 year old!
