Don't EVER use this Jewellers - took my watch in for battery change, and they ruined it - its now unwearable. Complained to their Head Office only to be told it was due to wear and tear. The only wear and tear was done by the woman assistant who used her brut force trying to force the strap to such a degree that the watch...
