The absolutely worst attitude of any retail and hospitality staff I have ever encountered.
Just downright rude to the point of being egressive.. They need to be reminded they are there representing the brand of Costa and that theiy are being paid to serve.

The best costa I have been in. I have been in all the local Costas in Havant, Waterlooville and Portsmouth so I feel like I can say that. The 2 ladies that were there Wednesday morning after opening were really polite but also really efficient. It's a lovely store and the food and coffee were perfect.
