Poor customer service today. A lady was waiting 10 minutes to be served at the only non-pharmacy checkout at the front of the store. The product she wanted to buy wasn't on the shelf so the member of staff had gone out the back to try and find one. Which would be fine apart from she didn't get anyone else to cover on... read full comment
