Went in there on a Saturday, being a weekend I mistakenly thought B&Q would be performing at the top of their game!! Disastourous from start to finish!!Staff in store are unable to work their own computer systems.Had to remind them to add certain parts of our order, which they still then forgot and chased us for a further £400.Department manager extremely rude on the phone and unhelpful at every turn.Store manager was not interested... read full comment
