How can it be so bad?! There is always an excuse why you can’t get your prescription. Better to drive to the next town and save the frustration of going here

If you need antibiotics urgently and are visibly unwell, dont bother trying here. I was told to come back after 5 hours! When every other chemist in the area will take 30mins max!If you possibly can, I would reccomend using a different pharmacy. ANY OTHER PHARMACY.I only even gave one star as it wont let me put 0!

I have been using the Lloyds phone app for prescritions. Big hold ups on several occasions this year down to the prescription somehow not being retrieved by my chosen store in Hartley Wintney. People at Hartley Wintney unhelpful and dismissive.
