Royal mail has become a terrible service! Parcel was sent using 48hr tracked on the 7th and its still not here on the 13th! Plus the hours they are open is ridiculous and not helpful for someone that works nights!

What a mess the Royal Mail has become. I feel really sorry for the competent, diligent and helpful people who are still somehow trying to do their jobs. Expected several parcels from Amazon via the Royal Mail today. Was told by Amazon they would delivered by 8pm. At 10pm I had a message that they would now be delivered... read full comment
