I agree with many of the criticisms of this shop, especially not calling up till staff when busy. But like many, many businesses they are understaffed and overworked. However, that is not the fault of the people who work there, but company policy.

They don't call extra staff to serve even if the que is right around the shop, staff on the shop floor don't serve even if they see the que, it's got worse since they started doing parcel collection
