Not at all impressed by the opening hours of this branch. Close at 15:00 during the week and closed all day Saturday. So how does the working person conduct their business ? Perhaps the opening hrs are the thin end of the wedge and withing the next 12 months they won't be open at all ?

Just walk in without an appointment and was seen straight away. Had a quite a complicated issue to sort out with my account. The lady who looked after was very good at her job I would say and was able sort everything out for me, although it took her quite a long time .
