The member of staff was the most unhelpful person I have ever met. He was clearly enjoying sitting on the sofa in the nice warm empty shop when I disturbed him asking for help. Cannot thank the staff enough, Jordan was extremely helpful and would highly recommend....especially if your dog tries to eat your sim card.
