Not overly busy. We were the only people ordering but received weak watery coffee. We generally use Starbucks cafes as they tend to be consistent with their quality but unfortunately were let down on this occasion. Very disappointed.

The decking seating area was disgusting. Hadn’t been swept for days - tables dirty, fag ends all over the floor and bins overflowing. It makes me so angry that paying their high prices and then you have to sit down in filth. The manager should be ashamed.

Dreadful service. They forgot about the coffee I ordered although it had been made. When I asked them the girl could not have been ruder in the manner she gave it to me. Will never use them again.
