Farnorough sore staff extremely rude, and I will never shop their again. I reported this to head office, and they were really apologetic. They sorted my problem quickly. But I will never go to this store again. Shame as this was one of my favourite shops.

Friendly, helpful staff. A fairly small store but with a great selection of basics so always worth a look.

Terrible store rude manager no idea how to treat customers correctly, will argue with you over items priced wrongly. I would never return to fleet store.
