Click and collect doesn’t work. They take your money but don’t have the item. Customer service is useless and never get back to you. Buyer beware.

Did online click and collect. Received an email saying the item was ready to collect. Rushed to get there before their 5.30pm closing time, and got there at 5.25pm, shop was locked up, and no lights on...Tried again today at lunchtime. Store manager is extremely helpful and friendly as well as being knowledgeable and even multilingual! Really appreciate the offers I was given with the members card scheme and I willkeep coming back for all my healthcare needs ?
