The shop was quite busy, although there was a limited stock for my 3 grandchildren. The lady who served us was very good and seemed embarrassed about the stock problem

Thank you Clarks, and especially Caroline, for absolutely great service today. I called yesterday and booked ahead as I had very specific requirements. Caroline managed it all splendidly. Am also very happy with the school shoes we bought!

Who on earth is this New Manager. She is terrible and had no focus on customer care. First run in was trying to get new school shoes. My daughter is 11 and this manager bought out unicorn shoes.
