It used to be a lovely shop, while Jenny was running it. Now it is full of tacky, cheap things, half empty most of the time and with local people donations being send out to HQ. I stopped donating.

Just tried to buy a jumper priced at £7 that had a few pulled stitches in it so I asked if it could possibly be reduced by a couple of pounds. If I could leave less than one star, I would. Shopping with my daughter, and she found a jumper that she loved, but it had a few pulls in it, and at £7, was overpriced. She went to the till and asked if they would consider reducing the price by a couple of pounds, as she would need to repair it. They refused to sell it...
