What a terrible store. The first time this happened I gave them another chance. First time they sold a defective product and initially refused to replace the toy, even with a receipt, having bought from the same store and being cover by the Consumer Rights Act 2015. I ended up having to force the issue with head office...

Very aggressive returns policies. Drove 40 minute round trip to return an intermittently faulty item for an exchange of the same item and refused to exchange because it wasn't playing up whilst they inspected it. Like we would have driven all that way and tried to exchange it just for a fun?

Very poor collection process, unhelpful staff. Don’t work in a customer facing environment if you don’t like people.
