The whole Screwfix company are getting worse. Most staff have no charisma whatsoever. Faulty item that has to be ordered again to get a replacement. Complete joke. Sort it out Screwfix.

Great place for almost everything DIY...for the few things normally stocked, but out of stock, they can be ordered for collection next day.Friendly, efficient, knowledgeable & prompt staff, always give me a warm welcome.Worth a visit.

Surprisingly busy for a Sunday, but had everything in stock I needed. Should have more staff to speed things up.I give to collect something I ordered online, they were quick and friendly as usual.
