Always find all the pharmacy staff friendly and helpful. Pharmacist's are being asked to carry out more and more tasks these days, even with increased workload am always able to get a direct response to a question. Went over during a busy period looking for advice with a couple symptoms to the young gentleman on the counter. It was evident the pharmacist was busy but simply passing recommendation back without further questions or speaking 1-1 is awful service and dangerous to potentially mis-diagnose.
