Didn’t realise store was shut but was there to pick up a too good to go bag. The staff even though was shut still served us with the bag with a polite attitude. Ended up with lots of goodies

For the last 3 weeks they have had no syrup for the Black Forest Hot chocolate. The excuse is that the warehouse is closed and they didn't send any before Christmas. I don’t think the staff on duty today have any knowledge about coffee or other drinks. My wife ordered a hot chocolate, and they forgot to add the syrup.
