2 staff, 1 outside smoking, the other making himself a cup of tea... 11 seconds late with my winning horse and only told when going to collect my winners, phoned customer service who basically said go jump... never use Coral... would give them zero stars if I could...

I work there only been there a day and already i can say the shop is great the customer service is great and the staff are fantastic
