Nothing is ever in stock. Awful service (as always!!) Made much much better by an attentive girl and guy at the back of the store. After waiting 16493529yrs to get served they were Friendly, helpful and knew their stuff. Even got my fridge carried to the car in the rain. 2yrs ago I would've given them 1*. Went to collect a pre ordered mobile. Didn't have ID or bank card with me, so couldn't collect. Yet, IF had chosen home delivery, those checks are NOT required. Hate the inconsistency... and, as a result, the inconvenience of a need for a return visit.
