From start to finish very professional. Luckily for me, my eyes had not changed a lot and it was just my actual glasses that needed adjustment. I wasn't advised to buy new glasses which was really nice considering the cost of living. Very thorough and I would highly recommend. Ive been with Boots for 20+ years
