We had the Christmas dinner booked and needed to choose the option upfront. As one of our party didn't make it,they still prepared the food and didn't even ask in the beginning. Abysmal. Run out of food and messed up the order despite being pretty empty. Food bland and cold. Other tables also sending food back. Absolute shocker, will never return.

Genuinely the worst dining experience I've ever had. Booked months in advance for a Christmas lunch, arrived and "greeted" by a particularly miserable waitress, can't really blame her mind. We were told there was no festive menu, no gammon, no fish, to be honest she'd have been better off telling us what they did have.... read full comment
