Went into the bank on a Saturday. All desks closed off. Information desk is for non money related. Waited for someone to come over. Was told desks are only open Monday to Friday. So if you work during the week it is tough. What an appalling service

Staff Mrs Claire Knight was so knowledgeable & efficient in her service to resolve a complex matter.
