Visited store recently looking for charms for a birthday gift.I didn't have a clue what I was doing or indeed looking for.Lovely woman called Ellie was very helpful and patient with me whilst I tried to make my mind up.Excellent advice and service I will be back.

Lovely service lovely staff but when I went to return item as was to small I was advised they do not do returns.We were never told this upon purchase or at any point ??♀️
