Booked flu jab for today, received multiple reminders not to miss the appointment, turned up early to be told that they did not have someone 'qualified' to administer the jab. Gave some lame excuse about blocking out the pharmacy's diary only to have head office over rule and turn appointments back on. Reading other reviews... read full comment
