The rooms were ok but carpets dirty and dark room but good for budget hotel, very good service and location good with little traffic noise but can hear trains go

I stayed overnight with my elderly mum. We had travelled down from North Yorkshire for a family funeral. Jaason on reception was fantastic. Knowledgeable and super friendly, he couldn’t do enough for us. What a lovely member of staff.
