Honestly losing the plot with Royal Mail. For me, hands down the worst delivery company. Just leave my parcel where I tell you on your website and I wouldn't have to keep trying to get to this office at stupid hours.

Just had my post delivered this morning and important documents were " delivered" !!!If it's too big to put through the letterbox then ring /knock the door .

My husband and I are of a certain age whereby rushing to get to sorting office before ridiculous early closing (10am) is almost impossible.
