The staff... wonderful. Very helpful and can't fault them, the room was exceptionally clean, but they need help there. The lift was broken, the room I stayed in had the plug in the bathroom sink get stuck and the shower wouldn't work. You always know what to get in a Premier Inn, essential, everything works and bed is very comfortable. Very friendly staff.
