If you order for delivery and they use Uber to deliver, it’s best to call and cancel!! Took so long to find a driver, that delivered pizza was cold.

Very bad customer service at this Papa John’s location. If you order food, they will always mess it up—whether it’s missing sauces or forgetting to add the drink. Instead of making it right by offering something extra for their repeated mistakes, they just apologize and continue to make the same errors. It’s frustrating... read full comment
