Unprofessional member of staff was being really blunt and didn't really seem interested in helping my mum with her upgrade or even trying to convince us to stay with EE. Much better deals with Sky mobile and no mid contract price rises!!

Zack and Aaron are heros. I had awful issues with the customer service line on the phone so went in for help. They were patient and kind. Did not let me leave till they sorted my phone out. Great service and I am truly thankful to them both
