I was people watching while having a coffee today, it was obvious what an asset Alex is to your team, friendly and helpful, particularly to a lady in a wheelchair, and chatting to a little boy. I was served by Gemma, also friendly and helpful. Great service ?

Why do Costa Coffee always leave the Open milk on the counter next to the till. Can this be right in the current spell of hot weather or indeed anytime, I'm a regular at many shops all over the South.
