I came in a few days ago to get some shopping and I could not believe what I had walked into. One of the staff members was verbally abusing this poor customer. I went and comforted the customer shortly after to make sure they were alright as they seemed really distraught. Thankfully they seemed alright just very overwhelmed....

A small boy named Charlie really helped me today. Unfortunately they didn’t have the cookies I wanted so he was kind and showed me an alternative even though they were 20p more. Thank you Charlie you should get a raise I will definitely be back!
