I know the NHS is under strain, and that includes pharmacies too but there is no excuse to be putting that on patients that just want to know the score , I don’t need to be told 3 times you have 1500 prescriptions to get through . Fabulous service. The doctor had mistakenly sent my prescription to an old address - the pharmacist swiftly sorted the issue - he updated my preferred pharmacy, reissued and filled my prescription. Fantastic.
