Average service at best! Never seem to be in control of anything! Sorting prescriptions for them seems a huge hassle! Now I’ve used Lloyds and many other pharmacies and never have such a long wait or issues that I have at this boots! Closed due to no Pharmacist today so why does website say open? This keeps happening & the sign sends you to Alton, miles away. God help anyone needing to pick up a prescription today! Boots you really need to get your act together.
