Absolutely disgusting service...the delivery guys are amazing they drove 2hours to deliver our sofa and because the woman who took our order put the wrong house number down (next door number) the top guy wouldn't let the drivers deliver it to us even though we had all emails and messages!! Absolutely terrible. Ordered the item to be delivered to the local store, 6 weeks later, they wanted to deliver it to my home! Got a phone call and the guy said "oh, suppose we cant deliver it to you then"! Duhhhh! I then had to chase SCS to find out where the item was, only to be told, it was still at the depot and wouldn't... read full comment
