Very disappointing service , wanted to buy a few things and all bar one out of stock . No offer to order , an alternative ? Assistant just seemed annoyed to be there “Hetti” and was very rude and abrupt

Waste of time, nothing was in stock and they tried pushing an additional £30 for next day delivery. I’ll just stick to Amazon.

Do not bother with trying to price match. Wriggle out of there own terms and conditions at every turn. No calls back, appalling customer service and not even the best price. No wonder the high street is failing with cowboys like this around. This not a store issue but with their head office.
