Incredibly poor customer service, sold sandwiches to a number of people at 7.50 then told everyone who was mid sandwich they needed to leave at 20:00 as she needed to mop the floor and close at 20:30. Waiting room closed so no where to move to. People tried to finish sandwiches but got mop and repeatedly asked them to leave!... read full comment

Very poor coffee. When an espresso comes in full a 12oz cup, something is wrong

Really friendly staff, who make great coffee. Similar prices to large chains - despite being within a station.
