We went to shop to order router for home broadband, been promised we will have to wait nearly 3 weeks with which we agreed, now is the date ( 3weeks later)when we should have internet available but router haven't been delivered yet, contacted vadafone via chat you will not believe 3h on chat and still didn't get answer... read full comment
