Stayed at the Travelodge Andover on Saturday with my mum and daughter. From the moment we arrived Chloe on reception was so welcoming, kind and helpful, she really stood out as an exceptional member of staff. Room was clean and spacious and breakfast was great with lots of choice. Lots of parking available.

We stayed At the Travel Lodge in Andover Business Park. The lady on reception called Chloe had exceptional customer service skills and went out of her way to help us.All the staff were great but Chloe stood out.The rooms were very clean and the breakfast was extremely good value, fresh with plenty of choice.
