Spent three days trying to get my parcel - Royal Mail is just outdated, historical and it needs to let those with a forward thinking outlook, on parcel delivery, take over - whilst sat in the Delivery Office this morning I watched as RM went from one concern / complaint to another - very poor service.

Atrocious service, rude staff, only open 2 hours per day. Honestly, the Post Office should be ashamed. Not recommended
