Probably one of the worst customer experiences I’ve had in a bank. Rude, frustrating and frankly the way my 80 year old Father was dealt with was shocking. Such a dated way to bank. Had an account for 13 years but now preference my Monzo account. I only keep my Natwest account going because it keeps my credit score high because of the age of my account. Once I have got a mortgage I will be parting ways with Natwest.

I very rarely leave reviews, but the customer service and general attitude at this branch is shocking. Avoid if at all possible.
