Reserved a PlayStation 5 on Thursday. Went to collect it on Friday and they had sold it to someone else! They only had 6. How they managed to get that wrong I don’t know.\\nTo make things worse they are supposed to email me or call me to update me about my reservation. Not heard a thing.

Absolutely rude. Walked in asked if we could trade in tablet. They tell us they cant because it takes 30 to 60 minutes and we arrived 50 minutes until store closes. A man says he can do it but a lady starts shaking her head at him like she wants us gone. She was very rude and wanted us out as soon as possible. There website... read full comment

Good range of games, however their used prices are not as competitive as CEX which can often be found in the same towns.
