It seems my original review was removed. But nothing has changed. The staff look incredibly miserable, not a smile in sight, and it's contagious. There's a gloomy vibe about the place.

Staff were unfriendly from get go. Unhelpful when telling me loudly that I couldn't use my app to pay for order and could only use it to collect points despite having done so on multiple occasions - is this Costa different from every other? It's ok, it's a Costa..... Why are they always so dirty inside? Food remains on the tables, chairs & all over the floor, does no-one ever clean during opening hours? Given their prices for a drink & small selection of food you really do expect a bit more really.
