I had a text from the pharmacist at 5:00 on 29/12 to say my prescription is ready and went into Boots on 30/12 only to be told I couldn’t have it even though it had been prepared by the pharmacist and was ready for my collection. Always had good service from Boots, shop well laid out, easy to find items, staff very helpful, and located in The Chantry Shopping Centre, easy to access from car parks, other shops convenient, will happily carry on using them ongoing!!
