Awful Post office counter staff called Matt. Rude, disrespectful and awful to deal with, with no respect for privacy.

Last Saturday a member of staff was squatting behind the counter watching stuff on her phone whilst ignoring a queue of customers. Another in a long line of terrible WH Smiths staff- they seem to specialise in hiring staff with less than zero interest in customer service....
