Grumpy checkout lady didn't help (rushing through shopping, no attempt to help and being very unhelpful) as I was having nectar card issues on my phone, so couldn'tuse it. Then they can't refund unless you go back round the shop working out what you should have had discounted!Not my best ever Sainbury experience!
