I used to love stopping in for a coffee and snack but my last visit was so disappointing. The toilets were not clean, tables dirty and as I looked around it was hard to find a seat that wasn't soiled or shabby. Disappointing and frustrating experience due to very slow service. One member of staff seemed to be taking a break over busiest period of lunch, so only 2 staff one of whom was a trainee. More annoying they prioritised large Deliveroo order over queue of customers in the shop. Coffee not good but cheese toastie was good.... read full comment
